- Istech Enterprise was incorporated in September 1999. However, the business activity took off in March 2000 through the introduction of the company to a few corporate customers in Kuala Lumpur and Melaka.
- Istech Enterprise operates from the leased office lot, located in Bandar Baru, Masjid Tanah, Melaka. Masjid Tanah is a fast growing town and it is situated in the middle of a number of colleges such as Kolej Matrikulasi Melaka, Institut Kemahiran Belia Negara Alor Gajah, Kolej Kemahiran Tinggi MARA Masjid Tanah, Akademi Laut Malaysia, Universiti Teknologi Mara Melaka and Kolej Komuniti Masjid Tanah. There is also the industrial park in Pengkalan Balak, which is around 5 kilometres from the town.
- Masjid Tanah town is also situated around 32 kilometers i.e. thirty to forty-five minutes drive to Melaka city. It is in the way to Kuala Lumpur from Melaka through the old trunk road and the government has started to build the highway from Melaka to Port Dickson, and the highway pass through the Masjid Tanah town. We are also surrounded by the army camps i.e. Kem Trendak which is the biggest army camp in Malaysia, Kem Masjid Tanah and also Kem Sungai Udang. The Petronas Oil Refinery is also located in Sungai Udang that is around 10 kilometers from us. Another reason is the living cost in Masjid Tanah is slightly lower compared to Melaka and also the office rental is very low. It is very near to the North South highway and around two hours drive to Kuala Lumpur.
- Istech build its business through the trust given by the customer. Now Istech Enterprise become Istech Sdn Bhd since 2012 and fully operated with same management. It values the trust given and acts accordingly to bolter the relationship. The handling of the problems faced by the clients and the solution given to it will be done with the client’s satisfaction as the main and utmost priority. - Istech Sdn Bhd is offering its customers a prompt and reliable after sales support. For warranty claim, Istech has set its own standard in providing the efficient service. It promises a very short breakdown time for any faulty products during the warranty period and in any cases where the time taken to repair is more than 24 hours; a replacement unit will be given. Istech believe it has the potential to become one of the biggest IT player in Malacca if not the whole nation.
