Istech Enterprise was incorporated in September 1999. However, the business activity took off in March 2000 through the introduction of the company to a few corporate customers in Kuala Lumpur and Melaka.In 2011 Istech Enterprise Melaka has been upgrade to Istech Sdn Bhd(976716-M)

Istech Sdn Bhd (976716-M)operates from the leased office lot, located in Bandar Baru, Masjid Tanah, Melaka. Masjid Tanah is a fast growing town and it is situated in the middle of a number of colleges such as Kolej Matrikulasi Melaka, Institut Kemahiran Belia Negara Alor Gajah, Kolej Kemahiran Tinggi MARA Masjid Tanah, Akademi Laut Malaysia, Universiti Teknologi Mara Melaka and Kolej Komuniti Masjid Tanah. There is also the industrial park in Pengkalan Balak, which is around 5 kilometres from the town.

Masjid Tanah town is also situated around 32 kilometers i.e. thirty to forty-five minutes drive to Melaka city. It is in the way to Kuala Lumpur from Melaka through the old trunk road and the government has started to build the highway from Melaka to Port Dickson, and the highway pass through the Masjid Tanah town. We are also surrounded by the army camps i.e. Kem Trendak which is the biggest army camp in Malaysia, Kem Masjid Tanah and also Kem Sungai Udang. The Petronas Oil Refinery is also located in Sungai Udang that is around 10 kilometers from us. Another reason is the living cost in Masjid Tanah is slightly lower compared to Melaka and also the office rental is very low. It is very near to the North South highway and around two hours drive to Kuala Lumpur.

It has planned to expand its business to market outside Malaysia and it will become a reality soon. At the same time, Istech has entered an agreement with partners in Middle East and Europe to create a multinational company to market products assembled by Istech in Europe, African Continent and also the North American continent. It is the wishes of partners in Istech to upgrade Istech Enterprise to Istech Sdn Bhd in the near future. This is an indication of Istech to expand and explore a new horizon in IT market, be it locally and internationally.
